Director/Mentor of Essential Family Solutions/Family Essentials Inc
Mrs. Yairene Ayala holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Bayamón, Puerto Rico (UPRB). Between 2013 and 2016, she worked in Braxton, Puerto Rico, as a facilitator of educational workshops and seminars for families. In 2013, she graduated from UPRB with a degree in preschool and elementary education, solidifying her commitment to teaching. In 2021, she took on the leadership of the children's department at Casa de Gracia Church, and in 2022, she became the director of the family department at a women's housing program called The Gatehouse. Currently, Mrs. Yairene Ayala is pursuing a master's degree at the University of Dallas, focusing on Family Ministry Counseling.
In 2024, she founded Essential Fam Solutions LLC and Family Essentials Inc., two organizations dedicated to equipping individuals and families with the tools they need to succeed. While we offer a variety of classes, including English, finance, and parenting, some are considered essential for family well-being, and eligible participants may qualify for free classes.

Brenda Liz Santos is a distinguished professional with over 23 years of experience in the non-profit sector, specifically in Christian organizations. With an associate's degree in secretarial sciences from América University in Puerto Rico, Brenda has developed a solid career as an administrative pastor and social impact specialist. Her commitment to community service is profound and is reflected in her tireless work to offer educational empowerment tools that promote the integral development of individuals and families.
Throughout her career, Brenda has worked in diverse communities, including Puerto Rico, the United States, and Mexico, always with the objective of strengthening and supporting families and community leaders. In her current role as Administrative Coordinator of Community Impact at Family Essentials Inc., Brenda continues her mission to provide resources and support to individuals and families in need. Her focus on excellence, commitment, and dedication is evident in her work, which includes the organization of mentorship programs, conferences, workshops, and community talks.
